| Built with extruded aluminum alloy, Standardized Aluminum Casting Formwork applies uniform modular sizes for rapid assembly and high-quality concrete forming. The reusable system lowers construction waste and labor input, ideal for standardized high-rise and prefabricated building projects. | |||||||||
Standardized aluminum casting formwork is an integrated modular concrete support system developed for standardized industrial construction. Fabricated from 6061-T6 and 6063 series architectural aluminum alloy through high-temperature integral extrusion, it adopts modular standardized design to realize rapid on-site assembly, precise jointing and one-time integral casting.
Boasting high strength, light weight, long service life, recyclability and fair-faced forming capability, the integrated aluminum formwork is widely applied to high-rise commercial housing, indemnificatory housing, apartments, commercial complexes and other buildings. It enables one-step casting of shear walls, load-bearing beams & columns, floor slabs, door and window openings and irregular joints with precise dimensional tolerance and controllable construction quality.
Construction with this formwork system requires no post-plastering and repairing, generates limited construction waste and maintains stable work rhythm. It helps projects shorten construction periods and stabilize construction quality, acting as a mainstream alternative building material for mass housing and prefabricated buildings to achieve quality improvement and cost reduction.

1. High turnover rate and recycling value bring remarkable cost advantages for mass projects
Aluminum alloy features excellent corrosion resistance, impact resistance and fatigue resistance, resisting aging and damage under complex site conditions. The complete formwork set can be recycled among multiple projects and maintains high residual value upon project completion. Compared with traditional timber formwork and steel-wood composite formwork, it achieves prominent material cost advantages for continuous large-scale development projects.
2. Rapid assembly of standardized modules shortens main structure construction cycle
All formwork is manufactured according to unified modulus standards with highly universal accessories. Construction crews can quickly get started; formwork erection, reinforcement and removal are simple and efficient. Fast integral casting reduces waiting intervals and accelerates the construction progress of main building structures.
3. Fair-faced concrete forming eliminates the whole plastering procedure
Aluminum formwork owns smooth surfaces and unified dimensional accuracy. After concrete solidification, walls and columns have even exterior surfaces with clear outlines, reducing surface defects such as honeycombing and pitting. The formed base can directly enter decoration procedures, removing plastering works and saving labor and material costs.
4. Sufficient overall structural rigidity avoids various casting quality problems
Integrally extruded structure features strong bearing capacity and balanced rigidity to withstand lateral pressure during concrete pouring. It prevents formwork expansion and displacement during construction. Well-sealed joints effectively solve common defects of traditional formwork including slurry leakage, staggered joints and surface flaws, lowering follow-up maintenance costs.
5. Lightweight eco-friendly construction meets civilized construction standards
Far lighter than steel formwork, panels can be transported and assembled by single workers without auxiliary large lifting equipment. No wood scraps are produced during construction, creating tidy sites with low dust emission, in line with green construction and civilized site acceptance criteria.
6. Customized formwork design enables one-time casting of irregular structures
Detailed formwork layout is optimized according to construction drawings. Special panels are customized for irregular areas such as beam-column joints, bay windows, balconies, structural columns and door & window openings to realize one-time integral casting of complex joints and strengthen building structural integrity.
1. Standardized Aluminum Casting Formwork: Long service life and high turnover cycles, excellent fair-faced forming performance without plastering. Recyclable formwork with stable residual value. Suitable for continuous high-rise residential buildings, prefabricated buildings and large-scale standardized real estate, serving as a preferred solution for long-term projects to boost efficiency and cut costs.
2. Steel-frame Wood Formwork: Balanced comprehensive performance with moderate initial procurement cost. Wood panels support on-site cutting and adjustment for flexible structural adaptation. Mostly applied to medium & small real estate projects, commercial buildings with variable shapes, municipal and industrial engineering projects.
3. Traditional Wood Formwork: Low initial investment but insufficient strength and vulnerable panels with limited turnover times. Casting surfaces are prone to defects, leading to continuous expenses for repairing and panel replacement. Only applicable to small-scale short-term sporadic projects.
· Residential Buildings:High-rise & super high-rise commercial housing, indemnificatory resettlement housing, talent apartments and reconstruction residential buildings
· Commercial & Public Buildings:Urban commercial complexes, Grade A office buildings, cultural & tourism supporting facilities and industrial park supporting projects
· Standardized Prefabricated Projects:Mass standardized residential buildings, prefabricated residential communities and integral cast-in-place construction projects
· Applicable Construction Positions:One-time integral casting for shear walls, load-bearing beams & columns, floor slabs, balconies, bay windows, elevator shafts, staircases, door and window openings and other structural components
